This is to thank Speedo Motoring and Javier Eu on behalf of myself and my wife. We purchased and received possession of the Subaru Impreza Wagon on January 22nd of this year. This is our first car and we were fairly apprehensive and uncertain. After looking around for a few months and quite a few locations, we found Javier to be most helpful and reassuring. Hi friends of Speedo Motoring, I have bought a Honda Fit from you and would like to congratulate your two staff outstanding services.

Javier was one of the two people whom I liase with frequently. His service before I collect the car and after-sales service are impeccable. He would suit my tight time schedule to let me sign my revised sales and purchase agreement. He has been very detailed to set up my accessories correctly when I collect my car. His postsales service included driving me to the petrol station and guided me as a novice to obtain all available petrol deals at the pertrol service station. After I collected my car, my battery went flat despite his friendly reminders to switch off all interior lights and close all doors (especially back door) properly. Javier, despite his hectic schedule drove to my parking lot and jump started my car. This is what you call modern day service in Singapore. Indeed 6 star sevices from Speedo Motoring.

As for the second outstanding sales manager, Richard. He is most remembered by us as the most patient and fair person I ever dealt in my whole working life. He provides a very fair and transparent deal for our car. When I signed the sales and purchase agreement up to the point I collected my car and drove out of the car showroom, I did not pay any hidden / unusual charges at all. Richard told me that the cost of the car purchase would cover all admin fees, GST, processing fees. All I need to pay is insurance cost, first installment for the car, road tax and other car accessories that I need. He is reliable in his sales pitch.

I will definitely recommend anyone who wants a straight forward deal when buying a car to come to SPEEDO MOTORING and look for these two persons, Javier and Richard!!

I got to know Speedo from CTR website. I was at first hesitant on making my purchase. However Speedo had give me a feeling of professional through out the entire process. I am writing in to show my appreciation to the Great Service rendered by Louis Zhan. I never would have thought I would purchase a vehicle via a PI. It took me many months to find a PI that I am comfortable with.

My impression of PI has never been good. However, Louis of Speedo has changed my view on that. He has provided me great service (constantly providing me updates related to my purchase, flexibility in pricing, coordinating on the car accessories etc.) He has shown great patience & honesty in answering all questions via email and SMS and is prompt in his replies. I think in this competitive industry, this is what differentiates Speedo Sales force. Louis has also provided me service to my door-step on two occasions.

Most importantly, Speedo has kept up to all their promises. I was given a One-Bid Guaranteed (with delivery) CAT A COE as promised. My car was ready, much to my delight, within 4 days of getting my COE with all accessories done up nicely as per agreed upon.

Impressive Experience!!

So sorry for this late submission of the testimony. Just too bad that we didnt take the photo. But i do hope this testimony will bring in more sales for you.

This is my 2nd experience of dealing with a PI, and i would have to say that the experience i have in Speedo are impressive, compared to the first time i got my car with the PI. When i see all those testimonials in Speedo's website, i thought it could not be real.

When i first spoke to Kai Hong over the phone, he has shown sincerity and easy to talk to. Without hesitation, i step into Speedo Motoring to view the Toyota Allion that i wanted so much to buy.

Kai Hong has been very helpful, truthful and honest in his dealings with me. He has assured me several times that my the deal with his company will be smooth and transparent. Despite his age, i have to admit that this chap knows what he is doing in car salesmanship. Throughout the process of securing the loan to collection of car, he follow up things promptly and keep me posted daily. Whatever i need him to help with, he never forget to check for me.

I collected my car 3 days after securing the COE, and everything was done systematically and efficiently. On the 19th June, i collected my car and everything was perfect. It was Kai Hong's birthday but he waited for me in the evening to collect the car. Wonderful salesmanship. He even gave me a small gift as my birthday is also round the corner.

Sincerely thanks to Kai Hong, and also Javier in helping me thoughout the whole process. I am enjoying the Allion now...and i wont forget the professional service of Speedo to their customers. I wish Kai Hong and the rest in Speedo the very best in their career in Speedo.

I am writing to express my sincere thanks to your team at Speedo, especially to Javier and his manager, for delivering such a positive experience for me on my very first car purchase with a parallel importer.

I always had my reservations about purchasing a vehicle from 2nd hand dealers and parallel importers, owing to the abundant of bad experiences faced by many consumers. If not for the fact that my choice car, the 2009 Wish, was only available with parallel importers at that moment, I might have gone straight to Borneo Motors instead. You can appreciate that I definitely approached your company with a lot of hesitation and even after I visited your website and saw the long list of positive testimonials, I was still not convinced (but I did feel a bit better than before...).

All that changed from my first meeting with Javier at Speedo Motoring. Javier was professional, informative and responsive to all my queries, and did his best to tailor a trade-in package that met my requirements, whilst securing the 2009 Wish for me. I got frank and honest replies, and what was agreed was delivered. On top of that, Javier went the extra mile to ensure a complete customer experience. In one incident, I arrived at Speedo to deliver my trade-in car but it had a full tank of gas. I felt it was a waste and asked Javier for help to recover some of the gas cost. Without much discussion, Javier and his manager kindly gave me some petrol vouchers to off-set a large majority of the cost. On another occasion, I needed my NRIC to be returned after registration procedures with LTA, and Javier hand delivered it to my home (at 10 pm) when I could not find the time to collect it from Speedo. When my new car was finally handed over, everything was in order, no fuss no issues. No need to come back for touch up or something else.

I am very impressed with the personal touch from Javier and for the "go the extra mile" for the customer attitude. I rank their customer service way above many of the auto dealers I have dealt with - Kah Motors, Komoco, Volkswagen. Thank you for delivering such a positive experience on the purchase of my new 2009 Wish. Your extra effort has been noticed and is very appreciated. I will definitely return for my next purchase, and I'll even try to get a mainstream model through you guys....

My experience dealing with him was so good, it led me to buy the Toyota Estima from you.

I shopped at almost 10 different PI dealers. Javier was the only person that stood out due to his deep knowledge of the Estima. He knows the car extremely well and was able to explain all the unique features to me. He was the only person that knew his accessories, so when i wanted to change back the back lights to the white out lights and add the centre console, he was able to advise right away. This gave me the confidence that i was dealing with a true Estima specialist, compared to the others who had a check around and some didn't even come back to me.

He is patient in his explanation to me me and my wife which made us comfortable in dealing with him. I also chat for almost a week through sms, where he answers my questions promptly.

All-in-all, very good experience. If any of my friends are interested in Estima or other cars you may have. I'll be sure to introduce them to Javier.

Dear all,

When i first met Javier was last year, i am looking for a second hand car and at the same time selling off my Citroen Berlingo Van. However , at that time the price for second hand car was still quite high, so i decide to wait. So many months down the road, Javier called me up and told me that he has a second hand Toyota Vios for sales that is within my budjet. Therefore, i went down to view the car and the owner decide to buy a van in exchange for his company use. I really appreciate Javier for his die hard spirit and good customer service. In the end, Javier help me to sold my van off and assist me to settle all the oustading loans and paper work for all the transfer of teh car between me and the buyer and also help my buyer to apply for bank loans and insurance. He is very patient and went all the way to my office in the East from the West where his is working. This type of spirit really display a good Salesmanship and a leader in the Sales Arena.

After Service!

Hi, I bought my recent car, the Toyota Allion from your company on 21st Feb 2009 and was serviced by one of your staff, Tan Kai Hong.

Kai Hong is a very courteous person, very helpful and professional in his approach. In my dealings with him, he is always patient to explain out the terms and conditions clearly. He went out of his way to help in predicaments. I remember one week after i got the car, the car suddenly refused to start up. Pancking , i called him for help. Besides trying to established on the phone what was the problem (to no avail), he and his manager decided to drive down to where i was stranded to help me determine the fault. In the end, it was found that there was no problem but that i have not engaged my gears properly. I was really greateful for the support they gave.

I get to know speedo from newspaper adv. Begining i am quiet worry about P.I cars . As i heard some bad experience from friends cant get their car as they promise and bad service. But after talking with Javier on the phone i feel that he is very pro and confidence. So i make a trip down with my family to the show room. Actually i wanted a red toyota wish but i was told that this model dosent have red unless i go for the sport model. After discuss with my family i decide to go for the grey one but request to spary to red colour. As i was told the delivery date is one month later , but i was quiet surprise just 3 week i am able to collect my car. What surpirse me the most was that i was given extra things like 3A car mat and portable vacum cleaner as my advance birthday present.

I must really thank ClubAxio and all members for making my ownership of Axio a joyful and pleasant experience. Kudos to all of you.Without whom my purchase would not be completed. What the other bros had said about them being of good services, friendly, patient and not pushy, reliable, accomdating, prompt delivery and WOW! the accolades go on and on...I can vouched for them too. I am most impressed by their integrity in doing business. The last COE was at $15701 and yet they put in a reserve bid of $16000 even though it was a huge jump from the preceding COE of $11000. What more can I say of them. It really change my perceptions of buying from PI ie of course if you are buying from Speedo Motoring. I hope all bros who are considering owning an Axio will share the same joy as me. Cheers....

Hi, Just recently got my new axio from Terence, speedo motoring. Very reliable and prompt in his services. ALways ready to answer your queries and kept me updated while car was awaiting delivery. I came to this forum somewhere end of last year to get more information abt Axio. Read thru this thread abt Speedo Motoring and decided to give it a try. Gave Terence a call and check out the price before CNY. Was quite impressed with the response and professional answer. Weeks after CNY went down to Speedo to check out Axio. Was served by Javier since Terence not around (heard that he is serving the nation). Must say that Javier's sale service is good, sincere and he is patient in explaining enquiry. Instead of booking an Axio, I booked a Honda Fit from him. Got the G model from him at $56988. Later change my mind, upgrade to GF package at $1500 top up. Got the COE at $14k plus. Car delivered on 30th March. Within a mth from booking date. Overall, very satisfied with Javier's sale service. Thumbs up for Speedo Motoring. Also want to thanks Club Axio to have this thread for consumer like us to get information and testimony for PIs.

I booked my axio with Speedo on the 11th of Dec and today i got my car. He delivered on the exact date as promised. Considering this week there are so many holidays, i really have to comment them on their professionalism. To anyone looking to buy a new car, do approach sam and speedo. I had wanted to book my axio from another PI but after seeing so many fellow bros vouch for speedo, i decided to follow all your advise. I am glad i did and now i am a proud owner of a gray axio...

Hi to all, Just collected my axio today. i just want to say that everything went smoothly with no hiccups, heard a lot of bad stories about PIs but none of it happened to me. Terence and his company delivered my car as promised and Terence also spend some time explaining and telling me everything i need to know about the car. i was overseas for 8days but terence kept me updated on my loan, insurance,coe and collection day via SMS. Was quite happy also to know that i got some rebate due to the coe drop. There are a lot of PIs out there, but i think honest and reliable ones like Terence are hard to come by. I definately recommend Terence and Speedo Motoring to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy and reliable PI. 2 thumbs up for Speedo!

I thank you for introducing speedo motoring to me and i must say, they have displayed good service attitudes and very assuring for the 3 occasions i was there. Lately, there are many reports on PIs not returning the deposit, but for speedo, nothing of this bullshit came from them. When i told Glen that i wanted to cancel the deal due to loan not approved, he honoured it and when i went down to get the cheque, Richard has already prepared it. For that, i am so impressed by them! if you think my a/m is justifiable as testimonial for speedo, i don't mind you post it.
